Each certificate template is a digital file that that can be altered by you or us anytime a colleague is promoted or retires from service. Editable areas include: name of the recipient, new rank, name of the fire department, and date.

Every certificate includes space to add administrative signatures (such as department Chief and Deputy Chiefs)

Certificates are 11 x 17 inches (27.94 x 43.18 cms). Perfect for office inkjets or custom printing.

There are 6 border designs to choose from. Each one is inspired by antique Baroque and Rococo artwork.

Each design comes with a generic fire department logo that can be replaced with your own department logo at no extra cost.

Your choice between two stock firefighting illustrations or your own historical image can be substituted for no extra cost.
Set Up & Pay-as-You-Need
A great option for any department that is tight on both time and budget and who does not have access to graphic design staff.

A set-up fee of $200 will be charged. From there, your certificate template will be created on our end with your choice of one of six decorative frames, your logo and one of two stock illustrations at the bottom. You may substitute the image at the bottom of the certificate at no extra cost, but you MUST have permission and/or rights to any image provided.

The cost of your set-up fee includes three rounds of changes to ensure the certificate is to your liking. Any extra rounds of changes will be charged on a per-half-hour basis. Any structural changes to the border, background or font selection included in your certificate's base design will be considered a Custom Certificate and will be subject to custom pricing.

After your certificate has been created, we can help you create individualized digital PDF files for printing every time you have a round of promotions or retirements. You only need to provide the names, dates and ranks required. A cost of $25 per individual file will be charged prior to delivery.
Set-Up Price: $200 CAD plus tax
$25 CAD plus tax per individual file created after set up has been completed.
Payment will be made prior to the creation of any works.

Adobe InDesign working files (ZIP folder) will be provided to you upon approval of the final design. An Adobe subscription will be needed to alter the files. The user may be required to install free Google fonts to properly alter the design.
